Wangara is a light industrial suburb of Perth, situated approximately 20km north of the central business district.

Previously a predominantly rural area, Wangara is now one Perth’s busiest industrial areas. It is situated roughly 20km north of Perth and is the industrial hub of the north side of Perth. It is also roughly 10km from Joondalup, Perth’s largest satellite city north of the Swan River. Wangara, and the more recent Enterprise Park development, are home to over 1,000 businesses employing over 8,000 people. The latest stage of this industrial estate is the Landcorp developed Enterprise Park.

It has a wide range of warehouses and industrial services and even some commercial services such as new and used car dealerships, mechanics, industrial work wear, excavation services, landscaping products, gas conversion and more. Wangara also has some great lunch bars and cafes catering to the busy local daytime clientele.
