Welcome to Narrogin, WA
Situated in the Wheatbelt of Western Australia, Narrogin has a population of over 4,000. Narrogin was one of the largest railway operation hubs in the southern part of Western Australia during the steam-engine age.
History
Narrogin was established as a town in 1897, though there had been scattered settlements in the area since the 1830s. The town was a major railway centre until the 1970s when passenger trains ceased running through the town.
