FAQs

  • If I purchase shoes or clothing for my child without being sure of the size, can they be returned it the size is not correct?

    Absolutely. So long as the shoes are unworn and in the original packaging and you have your docket with you, we are happy to exchange your item within 14 days of purchase.

  • Do you extend your hours during the busy Back to School period?

    Yes we do. Although our published hours remain the same, on Saturdays we are often still here until 4pm and during the weekdays often until 6pm. Please just ring us if you can't get to the shop during our normal hours.

  • Do I need an appointment for Pointe shoe fittings?

    We would prefer that you did ring and make an appointment. This means you received our undivided attention and minimizes the time you might have to wait if several students require pointe shoe fittings at the same time. Just give us a call on 9375 7508 and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

  • Do you stock apparel suitable for Gymnastics?

    Yes we do and the range is growing larger all the time.

  • Can I buy Gift Vouchers?

    Yes you can. We have gorgeous customised gift vouchers available for purchase for any amount. They are valid for 12 months.

  • Why don't you open at 9 or 9.30m in the mornings?

    We aim to give you the best possible service, employing only senior qualified staff. Our research shows that most customers visit our store after school so they can bring their children with them. We also know that a lot of busy parents need to come on a Saturday or Thursday night, so we open a little later on Thursdays and from 9am until 2 pm on Saturdays.
