Yes, we provide warranties and service for all purchases made within our store. We are also happy to assist customers who have not purchased from us for a small service charge.
We are an authorised dealer for every brand within our store.
Polarised sunglasses are found throughout our brands from Maui Jim, Ray-ban, Oakley, Otis, Zeal, Bolle, Serengeti, Dirty Dog, Arnette, Smith, Dragon, Electric, Spy, North Beach, Carve, Liive and Von Zipper.
Otis is the only brand that is all mineral glass lenses. Other brands that have glass lenses within their range we stock are Maui Jim, Serengeti and Ray-ban.
We have a large range of discontinued clearance lines in brands such as Von Zipper, Smith, Otis, Dirty Dog, Vogue, Ksubi, Sass & Bide, Bolle, Serengeti, Dragon, Cerruti, Police and Furla.
All brands carry at least a 1-year warranty on their frames. There are brands such as Maui Jim, Bolle, Serengeti, Dragon and Oroton who have a 2-year warranty. Lenses are not covered under this warranty. Replacement lenses for most brands can be purchased and vary in cost. You are advised at the time of purchase the warranty on the sunglass and any other customer service the brand may have in place.
