David & Amy Mittelmajer proudly invite you to come and enjoy the superior atmosphere, service and food at Ritz on Hotham.
The Ritz' itself is one of Traralgon's oldest restaurants, opening at first in the 1980's as a pancake parlour. Over the years it has had many successes and its share of closures, in later years the restaurant turning its focus towards fine dining. Amy and David Mittelmajer purchased, revamped and re-opened the restaurant as the Ritz on Hotham on 1st July 2010.

The Ritz on Hotham is one of Traralgon's premier dining destinations, being one of only two Australian Good Food Guide recommended restaurants in the area. The Ritz on Hotham is known for its exceptional and generously sized food, good wine and warm atmosphere. The restaurant is a fusion of fine dining and cafe, giving the customer an upscale casual dining experience. The food is all of the highest quality- made 100% in house, yet affordable and therefore accessible to everyone.
