History

Seabrook is Hobson’s Bay most recently developed suburb. Most of the area’s residential expansion occurred during the late-1980s and the 1990s. In the 10 years between 1991 and 2001, Seabrook’s population doubled.

This tiny suburb neighbours Altona Meadows, Laverton, and Point Cook. Locals have easy access to the freeway. There are three major shopping centres just five minutes away.

Seabrook is great for young families. There is a primary school and kindergarten in the area. There are plenty of things for kids to do. They can play in the park and tennis courts, or go riding on bike trails.
