Why does my sink take a long time to drain?
The kitchen sink has a substantial amount of fat & grease run down it washed off your pots, pan & plates etc. This can cause a build up in your pipe and slow your drain. This could also happen at your basin sink and shower drain from a build up of hair or soap.

How do I fix my leaking tap?
Unfortunately a leaking tap can not usually be fixed just by replacing the jumper valve washer. There is also an O-ring that would need to be replaced and the brass body inside the wall or below the sink that the spindle sits in needs to be machined (re-seated). All working parts need to be cleaned & lubricated and the system needs to be flushed correctly on completion.
