Which is better for clearing a blocked drain? Sewer machine or drain jetter?
This is dependent upon the type of drain and the amount of bends within the pipes. A sewer machine has many different heads that can cut through tree roots, blockages and other debris. A jet machine requires a straighter run of pipe and can be used to remove harder substances such as concrete sludge or grease/ fats from the drain.

What are the most common causes of blocked drain?
Blocked drain are commonly caused by tree roots infestation, broken section of pipe, soft blockages (i.e. paper, hair and soap build up), grease and fats.

Why am I getting low water pressure?
If you have a low water pressure, the first thing that you need to check is if both; hot and cold water taps are affected. If both are affected most likely the cause of it is the aerator. Calcium deposits and other debris can slowly build up in the aerator this reduces the water pressure.

How do I shut off the water to my house?
To isolate the water at your premises, you will need to turn the valve at the water meter clockwise and to relieve the water out of the pipes, turn a garden tap on.
