Allura recruits only the best stylists who have a minimum of 5 years experience. Each stylist undergoes 3 interviews (including a technical interview) and is enagaged in an Allura Boot Camp as part of thier induction. All stylist are reference checked to ensure they deliver the best in technical and personalised service.
