And while Sheen Panel Service now covers all of Victoria thanks to our 25 locations (including 3 towing depots), we remain a proudly family-run business.

How long will my repairs take?

The amount of time it takes to repair a vehicle depends heavily on the extent of the damage. When it comes to ETA on parts, mechanical/suspension damage, as well as unforeseen parts and damage, we cannot make an exact amount of time the repairs will take. We can, however give you an estimation of how long repairs may take and keep you up to date with progress calls as the repairs take place.
Do I get a Free Loan Car?

Do you detail my car when you are finished repairs?

Yes - every repaired vehicle is comprehensively cleaned inside and out.
If I am in an accident and not at fault, what should I do?

Ensure you collect all the details of the at fault Party including, name, address, phone numbers, as well as their insurance information, etc. If the at fault Party is insured, you can claim the repairs of your vehicle through their insurance policy by saving you from making a claim.
