Lorenzo first established the Calabrisella in October of 1979. After previously working the Caribbean cruise ships for many years, he met his wife on board and ultimately decided to make Tasmania his new home.
Catering for romantic, relaxed dining as well as having function rooms available for special occasions, Calabrisella can accommodate to suit all events, offering discount menus for large tables.
Calabrisella offers diners bustling ambiance of a classic Italian trattoria, to which locals thrive on the rustic and family orientated style.
A fully licensed establishment, Calabrisella offers fine Tasmanian and specially imported European wines, spirits and liquors as well as local and Italian beers. We also offer cider, liquor coffees and limoncello, for that authentic Calabrian experience.
