    Dont over process your hair , this is the major cause of breakage, excessive bleaching and colouring causes the hair to lose its elasticity, therefore it has no give and breaks. Have regular trims, and a take home treatment is recommended, to help strengthen you hair. Try only to use a semi permanent colour , these usully have no activator in them or a very mild one, and give shine without damage.We recommend the morrocan oil range of products.
