What About E Waste?
There will be an extra charge applied if you wish to dispose of E waste including, TV's, computer, laptops, scanners and printers.

Which Payment Methods Can I Use?
We accept cash, money order, electronic bank transfers Visa and Mastercard. Bins must be paid in full upon delivery. Bins will not be removed until payment is made in full. Please be aware if bins remain unpaid for, the contents will need to be emptied on the property so that the bin can be collected.

How Full Can The Bin Be?
Due to strict transport SA rules bins must not exceed the brim (level full). If bins are overfilled the driver is obliged to remove the excess prior to bin collection.

What About Mattresses?
Mattresses can be placed in the bin. There is however an extra charge of $15 per mattress, this is to cover the levy set by the EPA (environmental protection agency).

What About Concrete, Brick, Soils And Tiles?
These need to be quoted at the time of ordering the bin. When loading the bin these materials must be placed first in the bottom of the bin. Any remaining light rubbish can then be placed on top.

What Can't I Put In The Bin?
Absolutely no car tyres, liquids, asbestos, toxic waste or gas bottles are to be placed in the bin. This is a requirement of the EPA (environmental protection agency). If any of the above are placed in the bin we are unable to move the bin from the property until they have been removed.

How Long Can I Have The Bin For?
We allow 5 days for you to fill the bin, however you may request bins to be collected earlier. If required for longer periods of time extra fees can be negotiated.

How Far Ahead Should I Order The Bin?
Usually 24 hours is sufficient however it is best to call 2-3 days prior to your requested delivery date to ensure bin sizes are available. In most instances we can provide same day delivery provided you ring early.
