About Andrew Trumble
I have over 30 years’ experience working in the fields of social work, psychotherapy and personal development.
I believe that many of our present day problems, issues and conflicts stem from ideas and feelings we developed as children and adolescents and that often these can significantly limit the effectiveness with which we can live our lives in the here and now.
I provide a counselling service in a safe and accepting environment in which people can be free to explore their past psychological wounds and traumas with a view to establishing a more balanced and harmonious sense of self.
This process creates a feeling of contentment and strength in everyday life and an ability to make more effective choices about future directions.
Relationship Counselling:
Counselling for couples designed to assist with conflict resolution, developing more effective communication skills and using the relationship to help resolve individual childhood wounds.
My partner of 28 years, Anthea Fraser and I co-facilitate the Heart Matters Workshop, a unique process that helps create a healing, loving relationship.
