The South Australian Government introduced Container Deposit Legislation (CDL). What this means is that certain drinks are sold with a 10c deposit already included. When you have finished your drink, save the empty containers and bring them to our team at Hampshire Recycling. We will refund our customers across Holden Hill and Modbury North 10c on every compliant container.

Carbonated soft drinks, non-carbonated soft drinks, water (plain, still or carbonated), fruit drinks and some juices, sports drinks, ice teas, flavoured milk up to and including 600 ml, Yakult bottles, beers, ales and stout, non-alcoholic wine, pre-mixed spirit drinks.
We recycle car batteries, motors, wheel rims, aluminium, steel, brass, white goods.
We don't accept gas bottles, any pressurised containers/canisters, car bodies, televisions and monitors, mattresses.

Bringing your used cartons to Hampshire Recycling, either at Holden Hill or Modbury North, and we will give you cash back. Cartons we accept includes liquid paperboard cartons (LPB), fruit juice cartons, milk cartons.
If your glass bottle does not qualify for the CDL refund, we may still be able to pay you a small refund.
