The Oyster Bar offers indoor and alfresco wining and dining with deliciously fresh oysters the main fare.
Situated overlooking the Marina at Holdfast Shores, The Oyster Bar offers absolute waterfront Marina views for you to enjoy while sampling some of South Australia's finest oysters complemented perfectly by a glass of South Australian wine from their extensive wine menu.
Some of our specialties are our antipasto platter, marinated seafood platter, smoked salmon plate, our famous salt and pepper squid and to finish our tasty cheese platter.

The Oyster Bar is a great place to hold your next function whether it's a small get together or a larger gathering. We can cater for groups as small as 30 people up to 120 & provide a great range of packages to suit. We have a range of menus for you to choose from & we are also more than happy to discuss your function with you & cater a personal package to meet your specific needs
We have an exciting range of oysters 'chilled' and oysters 'grilled' to tempt oyster lovers. We also offer delicious alternative dishes to cater for those who are not as excited about oysters as we.
