Michael & Nopporn started their restaurant in 1993, they opened the first Chiangmai Thai Restaurant branch at Nobby Beach.
Michael, Nopporn & Christina, along with the team continually put in a lot of effort to ensure that the overall dining experience will transport customers back to Thailand! Everything from the gold accented wooden artefacts, the elephant chairs & the wooden carvings were all brought in from Thailand.
About Us:
Chiangmai Thai Restaurant is a family-owned establishment that has been operating on the Gold Coast since 1993. There are presently only two locations, with one in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast Highway and the other in Surfers Paradise, located beneath the Manta Crown Towers Resort. Serving authentic Thai cuisine suitable to all palates, Chiangmai Thai Restaurant offers a diverse variety food choice, with examples such as Tom Yum Prawns Soup, Chicken Satay, Som Tum Thai Salad and the Green Curry Chicken.
