Colorbond is a better product as it is Zincalume steel roofing with a powder coat over the top and bottom giving it further protection from the elements.
For cyclone areas steel or Colorbond is a safer product from flying debris as it won't crack. Will last up to 40 years with minimal maintenance. It is lighter and uses less timbers for the roof frame.
