Is free parking available?
Yes, free parking is available. Here are the details: On street parking, Second Ave and The Esplanade - 2 hour parking. On site parking, corner of The Esplanade and Second Ave - all day but fills up early on week days. Memorial Ave, on street parking - all day. Cotton Tree Pool Parking - all day.

We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Should I receive dental treatment while I am pregnant?
Good oral healthcare is vital during your pregnancy. Continue with your regular dental cleaning and check-ups to avoid oral infections that can affect the foetus, such as gingivitis and periodontal disease.

What should I do if when a tooth is knocked out?
A tooth can be saved by quick action, but time is the most critical factor in replanting and it is important that the tooth is never picked up and held by the root. If the tooth is clean it can be replanted immediately using the other teeth as a guide. If the tooth is dirty either rinse in milk, if available, or briefly in cold water then replant and get dental assistance as soon as possible.

When should I change my toothbrush?
Adults and children should change their manual toothbrush every three months. Always rinse your toothbrush with hot water after every use and change it after you have been sick.

When should my children have their first check-up?
Children should have their first check-up by the age of two. Early dental visits for children are important. Looking after baby teeth enables adult teeth growing below to emerge healthily and with enough space, which will obviously save on specialist treatment in the future. Early visits to the dentist are a good way of learning proper oral hygiene and feeling more comfortable with surroundings will lead to more co-operative and productive visits for everyone in the future.

It is imperative to keep a close watch on potential gum disease symptoms, such as:- Mouth pain - Gums that bleed when you brush or floss - Increased space between the teeth - Gums that feel swollen or tender - Gums that appear to be receding, making your teeth appear longer - Persistent bad breath - The formation of pus between your teeth - Changes in your bite and the way your teeth fit together - Sores in your mouth.
