Why does the roof sag in the first place?
The reason the roof linings fall down is because they have a 3mm foam backing for insulation purposes. After 7 years + of direct contact with the hot roof the foam then rots away which is why you get the saggy roof lining.

Do you re-use the old roof lining?
No, the old roof lining is unusable, all old roof linings are pulled down then the shell is cleaned of all old foam. Then a brand new lining which is matched to the old one in colour is installed.
