FAQs

  • Where are you located?

We are located close to Martin Place railway station in the CBD, Sydney, NSW.

  • I am only a small business operator. Will you be able to assist me?

We provide practical legal advice to small, medium and larger business but our main focus is assisting business owners and managers that need practical professional advice they can implement without racking up big law firm legal costs. So yes, we can probably help you. And if we are unable to assist you for whatever reason, we will tell you that upfront.

  • I am not an employer or a business owner- can you give me legal advice?

As a commnercial law firm wthe bulk of our work is supporting business owners and managers. However we also do work for private clients who are looking to conduct commerical transactions such as commerical (and residential) property transactions, probate, will and estates.

  • Do you cover all types of law?

No. We are a commercial law firm so we deal in providing advice on legal matters relating to running or owning a business. For example we don't provide advice on family law, personal injury or criminal law to name a few.

  • Can I get free legal advice?

    No, sorry.

  • How will I know how much my legal costs will be?

We will discuss your matter with you in detail and then provide you with a cost estimate which will include our terms of trade. As things unfold, if we discover that more work than initially thought will be involved, we will contact you to discuss this before any further action is taken to ensure you are aware of all costs.

  • I think my partner had a Will with your firm and they have now passed away, how do I find out if you still have the will?

To get access to any documents that we may hold on behalf of you or your immediate family please contact the office and we will walk you through the process.
