Seven Hills is a suburb in New South Wales with everything you need on the doorstep. It’s located 34 kilometres west of Sydney’s central business district and has an estimated population of 18,800.

History

It is believed that the area of Seven Hills was once lived-in by the Warmuli and Toogagal clans for hundreds or thousands of years. The first European to settle in the suburb in 1788 is said to be a man called Arthur Phillip.

Seven Hills used to be a much larger area than it is now. Up until 1900, many landowners situated in Bella Vista, Glenwood and Parklea would class their properties as being part of the Seven Hills region.

Lifestyle and Entertainment

The Seven Hills Plaza shopping centre has everything from a Woolworths and Aldi to discount stores and medical centres. In addition to a great range of shops, the area is home to some nice cafes.

It’s a convenient suburb with great schools and easy access to trains and motorways.
