Situated in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales the town of Pottsville was initially named “Potters Point” The area was first settled in 1930 and the coastal area has a population of over 5,700 people.

History

Until 1930 when Bill Potts owned the first house in Pottsville there were no other homes in the area. Since the urbanisation of the area, Pottsville has become an attraction to tourist from many areas of New South Wales and beyond.

There is no shortage of things to do in and around the town including specialists shopping and dining at the area’s cafes and shops.
