We try and provide you with a quote on site, but sometimes we may need to look over the quote in our office. If you would like a price asap. Yes. If you want to perform your own glass replacement we are happy to provide you with the appropriate glass. Call the office to discuss your requirements.
We are required by law to install safety glass to meet the Australian Standards. The most common areas safety glass is required are Bathrooms, doors, sidelights, pool areas. There are also other areas where safety glass is required and our experience staff will advise if it is required.
Both are an A grade safety glass. Laminated safety glass can be cut and processed usually on the same day. It is mostly used in glass sliding door replacements and shopfront windows. Toughened glass is cut to size and made into toughened glass and cannot be altered after it is processed. Lead time for standard toughened glass is 7-10 working days. Toughened glass is mainly used in bathroom windows, doors and sidelights.
