Putting Your House/Land/Property On The Market

For residential land and houses located in NSW,  sellers or their listing agent as applicable require to have available a draft contract before they can market the property. Our firm will be happy to draw up a draft contract and obtain the necessary annexures to the contract in readiness for a buyer being found. We then forward an up  to date and final contract meeting with your approval to the buyer requesting an early exchange of contracts.

Buying Real Estate?

You need only inform the selling real estate agent that our firm will be acting for you on the purchase. The agent will then often notify us the same day as you indicate your interest in proceeding to purchase the property. Our firm will then forward you a written costs disclosure setting out fees and outlays applicable, chase up the vendor's nominated solicitor for a contract to discuss with you and advise you as to its effect so that you can make a proper decision to proceed or not.

Completion of your property purchase

Our firm will correspond with the selling agent, the vendor's solicitor as well as your lender from deposit through to exchange of contracts and until settlement of the transaction. At all times we will keep you informed as well as looking after your interests. Most transactions are fairly standard for us yet even unusually complex ones are handled by us just as professionally and we keep you informed using plain english .
