The Remington is Muswellbrooks fine dining venue. We have a fully licensed bar and stylish modern and international cuisine restaurant open from 6.00am till Late daily serving award winning locally sourced produce, a comprehensive hand selected wine list and a selection of cocktails & cold beverages to quench anyone's thirst.

At The Remington we have a wonderful team of talented chefs that hand craft the food that will surely make your taste buds tantalise.

All our produce is sourced locally. Our menu's are changed out regularly to ensure variety and the opportunity to sample some of our chefs creations, however signature dishes like our in house aged Tasmanian eye fillet are always available.

The Remington offers a dining experience and not just a meal. Featuring a comprehensive hand selected wine list to perfectly accompany any dish on the menu, The Remington Restaurant is the perfect place for your next dining experience whether it be a romantic dinner for two, dinner with friends or a business luncheon.

Open from 6.00am - Late Monday to Friday, 7.00am- Late Saturdays and Sundays by appointment only the Remington can cater for all occasions.

 We have monthly Entertainment on the last Friday of each month in the restaurant. Great acoustic artists, themed menus are showcased regularly on these nights and ensure for a night of great fun, food and matched wines.
