Racoon is a unique hair extension system using 100% human hair. Racoon is the quickest, safest and easiest system to use when you want a new look. However, having your hair extensions applied to your hair is not the end of the process. maintenance is an important factor to extend the life of your extensions. We recommend that you allow a little extra time each day to care for your new hair. You may find your extensions a little uncomfortable at first, but the results will be well worth it!

  • Are you flexible with appointment times if I come late?

    Spoilt sends a reminder text the day be for your appointment to remind you. We will be flexible up to 10 minutes.

  • Does spoilt keep up to date with current hair styles?

    Yes we do in salon training every 6 weeks and we travel to Sydney to do colour and cutting training with Goldwell.

  • How does spoilt handle a unhappy client?

    If any of our clients are unhappy with a hair services done by one of the stylist will always encourage our clients to come back and have it re done. We would prefer you to come back and complain to us then another salon. You can only learn from mistakes if you know you made the mistake in the first places.

  • What's spoilt target age group in the salon?

    We don't have a certain age group we encourage all people to the salon. We don't discriminate against anyone we welcome all.

  • Does Spoilt run any promotions or specials on certain days?

    Yes each year we celebrate mothers day, Easter, Girls Night In, Christmas and our birthday. We do colour specials with our apprentice, discount products, free give away, Easter & Christmas we put together hamper. Thought out the year we may donation to local charity's we also have a loyalty programme for our clients.
