Gourmet Pizza's were added to the menu in 1990. Gluten free pizza bases (supplied by: Uncle Ricks) were introduced to the menu in 1995. Some organic produce was introduced in 2005. A Coeliac menu was created and implemented after encouragement by the Coeliac Society of NSW and ACT in 2011. To cap off an Italian Family Pizza Restaurant Menu is of course great Cappuccino, Espresso or Latte using the highest quality Italian Lavazza Coffee Beans.
The Restaurant has relocated twice from its Original Opening to a position boosting outdoor seating up to 50 people on the Boardwalk overlooking the Lake with the water lapping amongst the mangroves and under the tables and chairs.
