Marigold wants to share with you our passion for Cantonese cuisine. Cantonese cuisine originated in the Guangdong province in Southern China where there is an abundance of fresh ingredients from seafood, to meats, to vegetables. Hence, its cooking style has a strong emphasis on the freshness and light treatment of ingredients.

Fifth floor: With crystal chandeliers hanging from the high barrel vault ceiling of the eastern wing or the glass roof of the western wing, the banquet hall can seat up to 600 guests. By day, it is a bustling space for yum cha and lunch amongst families, friends and business associates.
