Novotel Pacific Bay features a variety of dining options including Charlie's Restaurant, a dining experience with relaxing views, Charlie's Bar, to quench your thirst with a cocktail or drink and the Grab it and Go menu offering room service and a full take-away service. You will enjoy the mix of style, sophistication and fun.
Coffs Harbour Restaurant
Charlie's Restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast is a full hot and cold buffet which starts from 7.00am - 10.00am. An all day dining menu with a sumptuous menu featuring lighter lunch style meals.
At dinner, we have an extensive a la carte menu. There's even a specially signed menu for children. The All Day Dining Menu is great for those that would like a more casual style of dining on the decks or in the bar.
Coffs Harbour Cocktail Bar
Diners can choose to sit within the restaurant, on the alfresco terrace overlooking the waterfall and lagoon in which waterbirds abound or outside on the rotunda surrounded by the lagoon and the manicured greens of the golf course.
Charlie's Cocktail Bar offers refreshing beverages where you can enjoy all your favourite sporting action on the wide screen TV, play a game of pool or simply soak up the ambience on the lagoon terrace.
