It varies & depends on the size & condition of the property, on average a building inspection on a 3-4 bedroom property takes 1 hour. Building & pest combined 1.5 hours. Yes, we encourage your attendance & we are happy to provide you a walk-around explanation following the inspection.
Yes, you never know if there are problems, shoddy workmanship or things carried out that may cause problems in the future, either building or pest-wise.
We are not building certifiers. We just certify pools. However, we can certainly identify & report on building works that are shoddy, deficient, hazardous or non-compliant.
