Are you a qualified or licensed builder?
Yes, we are a qualified and licensed builder.

How much area of the property does the inspection cover?
The building site up to 30m radius from building, building exterior, building interior, the roof space (where practically accessible), the roof exterior (where within safety limitations), the sub-floor space (where applicable & where practically & safely accessible).

Do you use a special inspection tools or equipment?
Yes, we have & use moisture meter device, thermal imaging camera, borescope camera (invasive inspection).

How long does a typical inspection take? Can we attend?
It varies & depends on the size & condition of the property, on average a building inspection on a 3-4 bedroom property takes 1 hour. Building & pest combined 1.5 hours. Yes, we encourage your attendance & we are happy to provide you a walk-around explanation following the inspection.

Should we have an inspection of a new or near new property?
Yes, you never know if there are problems, shoddy workmanship or things carried out that may cause problems in the future, either building or pest-wise.

Are you able to tell us about certifications or council approvals?
We are not building certifiers. We just certify pools. However, we can certainly identify & report on building works that are shoddy, deficient, hazardous or non-compliant.
